A little about:Preston TeinterPreston was born on March 5, 2003 in complete kindey failure. This was due from a blockage in his urethra. He spent almost his entire first year in the hospital fighting to live because of this he has a handful of secondary issues. He had countless procedures and surgeries and ended up on dialysis at 5weeks old. Thankfully I was a match and once Preston reached 14lbs at 14months old he received his first kidney transplant. A little about: Connor DykesThat fact that Connor Dykes is alive at all is miraculous.When he was six weeks old, Connor became rapidly very ill. Throwing up, crying inconsolably and soon his body temp began to drop. Then within minutes the entire left side of his forehead and left eye became swollen.While bringing him to the nearest hospital in Hudson, WI, his cry was becoming weaker; he was clammy, shaking, and pale. His conditions were severe enough to need the expertise of a larger hospital in Minneapolis, so Connor was transferred there by ambulance. Connor had an emergency CT scan.
